How?
In long-term cooperation with the World Land Trust (WLT) we use part of the income from each individual palm leaf plate to buy rainforest. This prevents other parties from buying the land and clearing the forest.
Where?
So far, we have permanently protected land in Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. For example, parts of the Sonora area in northern Mexico were purchased for the Jaguar del Norte Reserve in order to protect the habitat of the jaguars living there from poaching.
